Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. My favourite quote is by Maya Angelou. “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” I hope you join me in my search for my creative side. Thanks for stopping by!

You're My Wild One, Animal Challenge at Fitztown

Thank you for stopping by. This week at Fitztown it is an animal theme challenge and this is the card I made for the challenge.  I used a digital stamp from Fitztown called Tiger digi and can be found on Esty here

To make my card I coloured the image with my Copic markers and layered the image on a selection animal print pattern paper. I added some coordinating brads and a sentiment I created on the computer.
Hope you will join us this week at Fitztown.  Pop over to the Fitztown Challenge blog to see the cards made to inspire you by the other design team members.

  2. I love how the green is just right with the oranges. I always like when cards are matted. They just look crispier... The coordinating brads are perfect!
